Defect Metrology Application Engineer

Drive performance of Applied Materials’ defect metrology products by deeply understanding customer use-cases and collaborating closely with leading-edge semiconductor fabs. Work within the process diagnostics and control (PDC) group to detect, measure, and classify nanometer-scale defects using advanced imaging and image-processing algorithms. At higher expertise levels, contribute to product roadmaps through specification definition and performance validation.
