Java Server Engineer

Own end-to-end delivery for enhancements to core financial systems, designing and building scalable server-side Java services. Contribute as a co-owner of the codebase by identifying improvements, reviewing colleagues’ designs and code, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet requirements and deadlines. Work within a hybrid model from central London and apply AI concepts—LLMs, embeddings, semantic search, and agentic systems—to solve real product problems.
