Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the preparation of bid content for national and international tenders as the responsible SAP lead focused on the SAP Healthcare market.
  • •Coordinate SAP architects and experts to create offers, presentations, and workshops.
  • •Develop customer-fit project plans aligned with SAP Activate.
  • •Translate customer requirements into a high-level solution design and take responsibility for solution delivery and innovative roadmap scenarios.
  • •Coached teams and experts in strategy and implementation projects using consulting methods, including presenting and running workshops.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of SAP experience, including SAP pre-sales, bid management, project leadership, or solution implementation responsibility.
  • •Experience as a consultant or project lead in at least two complete SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion projects.
  • •Healthcare domain experience (e.g., health insurers, clinics, or MVZ) with beneficial knowledge of SAP IS-H, patient management, case management, and clinical subsystem integration.
  • •Proven ability to present and position SAP solutions to decision-makers and C-level, and to manage customer and partner relationships.
  • •Fluent German and English, with experience in international projects and collaborating with nearshore/offshore teams.
