Key Responsibilities

  • •Take charge of product management, promotion, and pricing for low-voltage busbar products in PDSS APAC.
  • •Own and plan new product development aligned with the product strategy, ensuring robust features, time to market, and cost effectiveness.
  • •Drive IEC project promotion, including training, tools preparation, configuration, quotation, and technical support.
  • •Support key customer projects and manage product performance issues with a customer focus.
  • •Develop product operation/installation manuals and marketing materials, support reporting/costing tools, and assist sales with opportunity negotiation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • •At least 10 years’ related experience in engineering or systems in the industry.
  • •Familiar with power distribution products, especially the application of busbar products.
  • •Familiar with GB and IEC standards and regional market access rules.
  • •Strong independent problem-solving and excellent communication skills; fluent English (Chinese speakers preferred).
