Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver project and programme controls by analyzing actual budget and forecast costs to report project status.
  • •Use earned value monitoring, performance measurement, and cost trending to identify issues and support decision-making.
  • •Prepare revised cost forecasts for select accounts and develop analysis of progress trends and cost impact.
  • •Support cost/schedule baseline budgets, earned value monitoring, and change management by tracking detailed change order status.
  • •Participate in project reporting and cost review meetings, including reviewing and approving contractor invoices and maintaining tracking databases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or a project controls/management qualification (APMG Planning and Controls, Prince2, RICS, APM, MICE, CIOB).
  • •Proven experience and strong knowledge in cost control or planning & scheduling within a multi-discipline project environment.
  • •Experience implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) based project control systems in line with relevant national standards.
  • •Practical ability to use critical project management concepts such as EVM, project planning, risk analysis, and configuration management.
  • •Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project or other planning software and PowerBI; willingness to travel in different sectors.
