Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule and perform calibration of Critical and Non-Critical Process Equipment and Laboratory Standards and complete all required documentation.
  • •Coordinate repair and/or calibration services with external vendors and assist with purchase order processing.
  • •Implement new SOPs related to internal calibrations and provide recommendations/revisions to SOPs to advance laboratory capability.
  • •Participate in calibration system audits.
  • •Provide responsive customer service and be responsible for staff certification training.
