Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs across HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure uninterrupted guest experiences.
  • •Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and calibrate HVAC equipment while complying with local regulations, international standards, and Five’s safety requirements.
  • •Respond rapidly to HVAC breakdowns and emergencies, maintaining comfortable conditions across guest and operational areas.
  • •Inspect, service, and maintain AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, compressors, ventilation fans, exhaust systems, and related HVAC equipment.
  • •Support BMS operation and optimization, conduct safety checks, maintain inspection/maintenance records, and collaborate on renovation and expansion HVAC installations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 2,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Have a Diploma, Certification, or equivalent qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Have 2 to 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
  • •Hold a valid HVAC / Refrigeration trade certification (or equivalent) as mandated by local authorities, with preference for additional technical certifications.
  • •Have experience with hotel HVAC systems and equipment including air-conditioning, refrigeration, chilled water systems, AHUs, and FCUs.
  • •Demonstrate knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and HVAC equipment such as ventilation systems, pumps, compressors, cooling towers, chillers, BMS controls, and temperature control systems.
