  • •Execute strategic plans to optimize store profits while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and Guest Service standards.
  • •Build and foster a cohesive team; handle performance evaluations, disciplinary recommendations, and succession planning.
  • •Maximize daily sales and manage costs including labor, inventory, and cash control; monitor weekly budgeted operating results.
  • •Ensure compliance with food quality and safety laws, labor/employment laws, Union guidelines, company policies and procedures; review daily performance results and recommend improvements.
