Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and build critical systems for agentic pipelines, orchestration platforms, and related services, including design reviews and hands-on development.
  • •Productionize LLM-powered workflows using multi-agent orchestration, tool use, retrieval/knowledge systems, and human-in-the-loop control planes with reliability, observability, and cost awareness.
  • •Define AI quality by building evaluation harnesses, benchmarks, and automated quality gates to measure quality and catch regressions in agent/model behavior.
  • •Prototype POCs to validate strategic bets, especially where AI intersects with existing platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of hands-on engineering in software development, system design, or architecture.
  • •Real experience building with modern LLMs and agentic frameworks, including prompt/context engineering, tool use, RAG, orchestration, and evaluation.
  • •Track record taking AI/ML-driven features from prototype to production with evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.
  • •Strong background in scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems and streaming/pipeline technologies (Kafka, Flink, Spark).
