Key Responsibilities

  • •Own positioning and messaging for Sophos’ AI solutions portfolio, including new/emerging categories, and ensure consistency across the broader product set.
  • •Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for new AI solutions and category launches, from readiness through external announcement and demand generation.
  • •Build the launch asset library (pitch decks, solution briefs, web copy, video scripts, demos, FAQs, battlecards, partner playbooks) to support each launch.
  • •Drive channel and sales enablement for MSPs/MSSPs and partners, including enablement programs, talk tracks, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
  • •Maintain market and competitive intelligence for AI cybersecurity and brief analyst communities to shape category definition and positioning.

  • •7+ years in roles combining technical depth and market-facing communication (product marketing, product management, developer relations, or building AI products).
  • •Proven track record bringing new products or categories to market through positioning, launch, or building.
  • •Ability to translate deep technical capability into clear, differentiated stories for buyers, partners, and the field.
  • •Fluency in a channel-led model (MSPs/MSSPs/resellers/distributors) and strong launch-asset and enablement judgment.
