Senior Cost / Estimating Manager

Own cost control across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring budgets are tracked, forecasted, and kept within scope. Build and maintain cost reporting and change management processes, collaborating with project teams to analyze variances, earned value metrics, and performance against schedule. Produce monthly/quarterly executive reports, support proposal and budget development with accurate estimating, and manage change orders and contractor invoices to protect financial outcomes.
