Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Act with safety awareness and accident prevention in all tasks
•Follow SHE standards and encourage colleagues to adhere to them
•Operate process and utility equipment hygienically and safely per procedures (cGMP, HAACP, SHE) and document deviations
•Set up, calibrate, and monitor instruments (pH meter, temperature meter, conductivity meter, hydrometer, thermometers, metal detectors)
•Tear down, clean, and reassemble equipment and clean utensils, vessels, and lines
•Identify, troubleshoot, and respond to deviations in process, product, equipment, and performance variations
•Set up recipes and SOPs and execute mixing, pH adjustment, transfers, and process sequences while documenting steps
•Identify and act on variations in raw materials, debris, color, smell, moisture, and temperature variations

•Must be 18 years old to work in a plant job
•At least 1 year of production or food service experience preferred
•Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds during the shift
