Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the Oracle SCM application roadmap in alignment with business initiatives and strategy with global scope.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SCM application team across regions.
  • •Manage Oracle SCM Cloud implementation, enhancements, and production support globally.
  • •Plan and manage project timelines, risk mitigation, and resource allocation; drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • •Oversee solution design, testing, training, deployment, and ensure compliance with medical and international trade regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 155,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •15+ years of Oracle SCM experience, including 3-5 years in a manager role.
  • •Proven experience managing large-scale global Oracle SCM projects with at least 3 full ERP life-cycle implementations; Cloud experience preferred.
  • •Oracle Cloud SCM Certification(s) preferred.
  • •Strong analytical, planning and cross-functional leadership abilities with knowledge of regulatory/quality standards in medical device manufacturing.
