Key Responsibilities

  • •Stock the bar throughout the shift with beer, wine, liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies as needed.
  • •Clean and organize the bar area, including wiping surfaces, washing glassware, and disposing of empty bottles and trash.
  • •Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes, mixing ingredients, and serving drinks to customers.
  • •Maintain inventory levels by tracking stock, replenishing supplies, and notifying management of shortages or issues.
  • •Support opening and closing procedures, setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after service.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience with 2 years relevant working experience.
  • •Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including ingredients, preparation methods, and serving techniques.
  • •Ability to manage inventory levels, including stock rotation, restocking, and maintaining par levels.
  • •Strong communication skills to coordinate with bartenders, customers, and staff clearly and courteously.
  • •Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
