Own our presence at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences across North America. Source and prioritize shows, manage end-to-end planning, on-site execution, budget, and post-event pipeline, collaborating with sales and marketing to convert booth activity into meetings and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Source and prioritize events; own a rolling 12-month event calendar.
•Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons with organizers and vendors.
•Plan and execute end to end event details including booth design, shipping, swag, collateral, and travel logistics.
•Be the on-site point of contact; attend events and ensure setup, teardown, and presence look sharp.
•Prep the team with objectives, talking points, and logistics; ensure proper staffing and timing.
•Drive pipeline with sales; book pre-show meetings and ensure leads are captured and followed up.
•Run pre- and post-event campaigns; collaborate on email outreach, landing pages, and paid promotion.
•Own the budget; track costs, forecast, and make smart trade-offs.
•Define KPIs and report results; measure leads, meetings, pipeline, and ROI.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 60,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination, ideally B2B or tech.
•Proven track record coordinating events end to end, with examples you can point to.
•Experience managing an events budget, forecasting, tracking spend, and maximizing ROI.
•Comfortable defining KPIs and building reports that connect event activity to pipeline and revenue.
•Genuinely into AI and using it to work smarter; demonstrate specific projects/tools/workflows where you've applied AI to events marketing.
