Key Responsibilities

•Forward documents to Business Manager/Controller, including purchase orders, invoices, check requests, band deposits, petty cash reimbursements, and cash orders
•Audit all checkouts and close out persons processing transactions
•Reconcile safe and petty cash; disburse, receive, and log petty cash
•Handle daily cash operations such as issuing banks, issuing paychecks, dropping change orders, and creating banking manifests
•Administer tip pool distribution, conduct research of credit card disputes, and prepare bank settlements and payments summary sheets

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of experience with cash handling in a high-volume facility
•Understanding of accounting and math
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
•Ability to communicate with staff and management
•Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and recognize accounting errors
