  • •Drive creative direction and design strategy for the category aligned to Topshop brand vision and customer needs.
  • •Research and interpret global fashion trends to develop seasonal concepts, palettes, fabrics, silhouettes, and styling approaches.
  • •Design and deliver commercially relevant multi-product tailoring ranges and clearly interpret trends into product opportunities.
  • •Create detailed design packs, CADs, and technical briefs to support accurate product development and supplier communication.
  • •Collaborate across Buying, Technical, Product Development, and suppliers to source materials and achieve best possible fit, while analyzing performance and customer feedback to inform future decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in Casual bottoms or Outerwear design in a fast-paced fashion retailer or contemporary fashion brand.
  • •Excellent understanding of garment construction, fit principles, fabrications, and garment finishing techniques.
  • •Proven ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into commercially successful products.
  • •Strong commercial awareness balancing creativity, customer demand, and business objectives.
  • •Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD development, with a strong design portfolio.
