Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct routine inspections of building fabric, architectural finishes, and common areas to identify and address defects early.
  • •Carry out preventive maintenance and scheduled work on walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, and other civil assets.
  • •Perform corrective and breakdown maintenance repairs, including cracks/plaster/masonry/concrete repairs, tile and floor-finish replacement, and painting touch-ups.
  • •Execute building fabric and finishing tasks such as gypsum ceiling/partition repairs, sealing/grouting/caulking, waterproofing repairs, and leakage rectification.
  • •Follow HSE and permit-to-work requirements, complete work orders and maintenance records, and assist with snag rectification and minor renovation/refurbishment works.

Key Requirements

  • •ITI/Trade Certificate in Civil, Masonry, Carpentry, Building Maintenance, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, property maintenance, or building maintenance.
  • •Knowledge of masonry, plastering, painting, tiling, carpentry, and gypsum works.
  • •Experience in waterproofing and leakage rectification.
  • •Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
