Technician - Civil

Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of building fabric and civil assets, including masonry, carpentry, painting, tiling, gypsum works, and waterproofing. Conduct inspections, rectify defects, and carry out repairs such as plaster/masonry fixes, tile replacement, sealing and grouting. Follow HSE and permit-to-work requirements, maintain work orders and maintenance records, and support renovations/refurbishment and snag rectification across residential and commercial facilities.
