Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of airfield and airside systems projects, from concept and business case through operational handover, in a live aerodrome environment. Own operationally driven delivery plans spanning scope, schedule, budget, risk, procurement, and governance. Oversee Operational Readiness, Activation, and Transition (ORAT), govern requirements aligned to operational needs, and manage complex technical and stakeholder challenges with structured problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of airfield and airside systems projects from concept and business case to operational handover.
•Manage projects in a live aerodrome environment, minimizing impact to safety, capacity, operations, and maintenance.
•Develop and execute delivery plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risk, procurement, and governance.
•Drive stakeholder engagement across internal departments, regulators, operators, and external partners.
•Oversee ORAT and define, document, and govern project requirements aligned to operational needs and feasibility.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree level in Engineering, project management, or related fields, with at least 7–10 years of relevant experience in aviation, airports, complex infrastructure, or special systems.
•Proven leadership in airfield or airport systems project management in complex operational environments.
•Strong understanding of aerodrome maneuvering areas and airside operations.
•Working knowledge of airside systems and assets, including AGLCMS, ATCT interfaces, surveillance systems, airfield communications, cameras, and centralized control systems.
•Ability to manage senior stakeholders and build trusted, collaborative relationships.
