Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the entire production process, tracking yields and making real-time adjustments to keep operations running smoothly.
  • •Perform daily safety inspections, take corrective action, lead safety audits, and ensure adherence to HACCP and USDA regulations.
  • •Maintain product quality by enforcing food safety/food quality plans and training employees on safe operating procedures (including lock-out/tag-out).
  • •Track and analyze production yields, efficiencies, and variances with operations leaders to improve workflows and minimize downtime and costs.
  • •Lead and direct hourly production employees during shifts, including daily floor walk-throughs and monthly line meetings to align on safety, quality, and targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Experience leading by training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.
  • •Strong communication skills (oral and written) while solving complex process issues with analytical and math ability.
  • •Ability to motivate, train, and coach employees to achieve peak performance in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
  • •Adaptable to fast-paced environments, able to work in varying conditions (heat and cold) and available for long hours and weekends when needed.
