Job Summary

The Integrated Marketing Coordinator supports the duPont REGISTRY Group by bridging creative vision with operational execution. You’ll manage marketing assets, maintain digital libraries, support brand tooling in Canva, and coordinate campaigns from planning through deployment. This role collaborates with Sales & Marketing teams in Miami to execute luxury brand initiatives, optimize workflow, and drive data-driven performance across HubSpot and Airtable.

Key Responsibilities

•Asset & Operations Support: Maintain the digital library and ensure logos, imagery, and templates are current and accessible.
•Campaign & Audience Coordination: Coordinate workflows with creative teams to align production with the master marketing calendar.
•Marketing Communications: Support email marketing campaigns, including content assembly, testing, and deployment.
•Lead Generation & Data Management: Execute targeted outreach and coordinate transfer of leads to sales; support data entry in HubSpot and Airtable.
•Reporting & Administrative Support: Aggregate campaign metrics and prepare performance recaps and client-facing collateral.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
•0–2 years of experience in marketing or project coordination (relevant internships included).
•Professional command of Google Workspace.
•Hands-on experience with Canva, Airtable, and HubSpot is strongly preferred (Klaviyo is a plus).
•Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to maintain a sophisticated, luxury brand voice.
