Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain standard cells for new DRAM products on new technology nodes.
  • •Collaborate with the DTCO team to develop stdcells architecture for emerging technologies.
  • •Perform characterization and modeling of standard cells to provide timing/power models.
  • •Conduct quality analysis of characterized liberty models for performance, power, and functionality.
  • •Develop automation test benches/flows/tools for efficiency and data analysis, and work with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI-assisted solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Good understanding of CMOS circuit design and knowledge of CMOS device physics and layout.
  • •Experience in total stdcells flow from DTCO development/spec definition through lib release, including RTL/GDS flow setup and block-level timing analysis with ICC2.
  • •Experience with characterization tools (Siliconsmart/Liberate) and Cadence Virtuoso (preferred).
  • •Proficiency with EDA tools such as Primetime and Solido Analytics, plus analog/digital simulation tools (HSPICE, HSIM, VerilogHDL, FINESIM, Simvision).
  • •Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in Electronics Engineering (or related) with 7+ years of relevant experience; scripting skills (Skill/TCL/Perl/Python) for test bench automation and data analysis.
  • •Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well in a team
