Sales Associate

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach—building client relationships, driving cross-sell and upsell, and meeting individual and store sales goals. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data, encourage repeat purchases, and close sales through follow-up.
