Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on Lab Equipment including tablet presses, blenders, mills, hoods, tablet coaters, air compressors, electrical controls
  • •Document maintenance data on predictive/preventive maintenance charts and maintain calibration records
  • •Diagnose and repair equipment in the labs (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compressors and HVAC)
  • •Collaborate with QA and regulatory teams to ensure documentation and compliance for equipment logs, maintenance records, and validation reports
  • •Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime and disruptions to manufacturing processes

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of industry experience in maintenance or engineering in a related field
  • •High school diploma or equivalent GED required
  • •Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders as needed

  • •Ability to troubleshoot problems with machinery and document predictive/preventive maintenance data; strong English communication; Spanish preferred
