  • •Develop and execute community engagement strategies across site selection, pre-development, construction, and ongoing operations.

  • •Monitor community sentiment and local political dynamics, advising internal teams on risks, opportunities, and engagement posture.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in community affairs, public affairs, economic development, government relations, local council, or a closely related field.
  • •Direct experience engaging local councils and state governments on behalf of large infrastructure, construction, energy, or technology projects.
  • •A proven ability to build relationships and coalitions across diverse stakeholders, including through difficult conversations.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex operational plans into clear plain language.
  • •Based in Australia (or willing to relocate) and able to travel regularly across the region.
