Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the quality engineering strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmap for large-scale distributed payment platforms.
  • •Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams, influencing architecture, testing strategies, and production readiness.
  • •Architect and build scalable automation frameworks, platforms, and reusable quality capabilities for API, integration, regression, resiliency, and performance testing.
  • •Integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, define quality metrics/scorecards, and establish release readiness and production quality indicators.
  • •Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis across application, infrastructure, cloud, database, messaging, and integration layers, and mentor Quality/SWE engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in software engineering and/or SDET/quality engineering/test automation with technical leadership experience for complex platforms.
  • •Advanced programming skills in Java, Python, or similar OOP languages, building production-quality automation frameworks and tooling.
  • •Proven experience architecting scalable automation frameworks and reusable testing capabilities for APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and end-to-end workflows.
  • •Extensive API/service testing experience using Rest Assured, Karate, Postman, or equivalent frameworks.
