Job Summary

Drive strategic execution for a finance super app expansion across products, markets, and teams. Build and manage the operating rhythm (OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking), coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, partnerships, finance, and operations, and produce board-ready decision memos and execution plans. Proactively surface risks and dependencies, help leadership make sharper trade-offs, and lead special projects requiring senior judgment.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategic execution across finance super app priorities and expansion across products, markets, and teams.
•Build and manage operating rhythm including OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
•Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
•Prepare concise decision memos and board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
•Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early; own special projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority.

Key Requirements

•Experience driving strategic execution across teams, translating high-level strategy into measurable progress.
•Strong judgment and excellent communication, prioritization, and follow-through when working with founders, CEOs, and senior stakeholders.
•Ability to operate in ambiguity with limited guidance while maintaining execution quality.
•Strong writing and business analysis/problem-solving skills for decision memos and performance reviews.
•Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional expansion is strongly advantageous.
