Key Responsibilities

•Partner with SMB agencies in a one-to-many structure to drive revenue, agency education, and long-term relationships.
•Lead strategic conversations with agencies and create scalable sales propositions using internal and external data.
•Grow deep expertise in TikTok products, processes, and tools, including escalation and troubleshooting for agency issues.
•Optimize and improve TikTok campaign performance for small and medium sized agencies using programmatic approaches.
•Support team onboarding and collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Experience in account management/client services roles in digital advertising, optimizing client success and revenue growth.
•Proven experience in marketing, media sales and/or online advertising with direct client management.
•Fluency in Turkish and English for direct client communication across Turkish markets served by the business.
•Proven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnership-type role.
•Ability to influence buy-in and manage a client portfolio, tasks, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
