Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in technical discussions, including concept reviews, prioritization, and concept selection.
  • •Translate concepts into assembly drawings and detailed specifications, including BOM development and peer review to finalize design outputs.
  • •Demonstrate 3D modeling and create drawing deliverables such as assembly drawings, product configurations, and structured assemblies.
  • •Create and manage technical documentation including test plans, test reports, technical notes, and meeting minutes.
  • •Lead lifecycle and change management activities (ECR/ECO) and support manufacturing with work instructions and assembly checklists.

Key Requirements

  • •M Tech/BE/B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • •8-12 years of experience in system, module, or component design and development, including inspection and verification of parts.
  • •Experience with concepts, design, development, verification, validation testing, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • •Ability to create technical documentation such as test plans and test reports, with strong vendor interactions.
  • •Preferred experience in Optics and development of optical instruments, including concept and detailed design and validation testing.
