Job Summary

Own end-to-end payments product development for small businesses, covering customer-facing experiences (onboarding, payment acceptance, transaction visibility, funds availability, refunds, reconciliation) and underlying payments platform capabilities. Define vision, strategy, and roadmaps, guide teams through discovery to launch and continuous improvement, and drive performance, reliability, and operational health while balancing risk, compliance, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer-facing payment products and platform capabilities supporting them.
•Own products across the complete payment journey, including merchant onboarding, payment acceptance, authorization, processing, funds availability, settlement, payouts, refunds, disputes, and reconciliation.
•Partner with Engineering on the payments platform architecture and define requirements for payment processing, pay-ins/payouts, transaction routing, ledgering, and funds movement.
•Drive improvements in transaction success, authorization performance, payment completion, time to money, and operational health through data and cross-functional resolution.
•Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to manage regulatory, security, privacy, and financial crime risks and balance trade-offs across customer experience and commercial outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,400 - 244,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Deep, hands-on payments industry experience building and operating both customer-facing payment products and back-end payment capabilities.
•Significant Product Management experience in a software development environment, with demonstrated ownership across the full product lifecycle.
•Ability to translate customer and business needs into product requirements and technical specifications, working closely with engineers and architects.
•Strong understanding of payment system concepts, transaction flows, and payment-provider integrations, including payment orchestration and multi-processor capabilities.
•Experience defining and measuring customer, commercial, operational, and technical outcomes while influencing decisions across teams.
