Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect samples from concrete or aggregate plants.
  • •Perform and record aggregate gradations and concrete performance field tests.
  • •Process samples using testing equipment and procedures, then promptly communicate any material flaws to supervisors.
  • •Record data and enter information into computer systems; communicate with plant staff and customers.
  • •Travel to and from various sites and assist with general clean-up/maintenance and other production areas as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
  • •Pass physical exam and pre-employment controlled substance testing (safety sensitive; includes nonpsychoactive cannabis metabolites).
  • •Demonstrate proficiency in basic mathematics and Microsoft/PC programs.
  • •Obtain A.C.I. Concrete Technician certification, Concrete Strength Testing certification, and applicable WAQTC certifications.
  • •Must have current US authorization to work (or ability to obtain without company assistance prior to start date).
