Job Summary

Strategically lead the Smart Execution capabilities of the Sales Execution platform globally, bridging business stakeholders and technology teams. Own the roadmap, drive deployment and adoption across markets, deliver data-driven insights for route-to-market, in-store execution and sales excellence, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers and cross-functional teams to realize business value.

Key Responsibilities

•Capability Management: Define and own the feature roadmap for the Smart Execution capabilities, including RTM, Routing, In-store Execution and Order Recommendations; Gather and translate business requirements from commercial and sales teams into technical user stories and acceptance criteria; Prioritize backlogs and make decisions aligned to the business value; Partner with technology teams, data scientists, data engineers, analysts, and application developers to deliver the capabilities; Manage the full technology lifecycle — from discovery and design through build, testing, and deployment; Drive adoption across Sales, Trade Marketing and Customer Supply; Monitor usage and identify opportunities for improvement; Utilize understanding of FMCG categories and external data; Work with AI integration in workflows; Manage vendor relationships.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, build relationships, and drive adoption; Manage and communicate roadmaps, timelines, training and deployment to regional and market users; Collaborate with market teams to refine processes and unlock new capabilities.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global/regional teams to develop analytics best practices; Align delivery with Reckitt’s data architecture and enterprise frameworks; Ensure integration with IT operating model.
•Technology Lifecycle & Delivery: Manage end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment; Ensure alignment with data analytics platform standards.
•Analytics & Adoption: Lead analytics initiatives to inform business decisions, measure value delivered and expand capabilities across markets.

Key Requirements

•6-8+ years in business analysis, data science consulting or IT Management (with exposure to AI Product Management)
•Proven experience in designing, deploying and adopting analytical tools within commercial teams
•Experience in working with the Sales functions
•FMCG / Consumer Goods experience preferred
•Previous hands-on Data Science experience preferred
