Key Responsibilities

•Review mortgage loan applications and Loan Estimates to ensure fees and disclosures are accurately reflected for borrowers purchasing or refinancing homes.
•Ensure TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) requirements are met and that disclosures conform to TRID, federal, state, and investor/bank standards.
•Verify disclosures and fees, including reviews of changes in circumstance and good-faith fee variance alerts to prevent cures at closing.
•Review initial applications and initial 3-day disclosures in Empower loan origination systems; prepare and deliver accurate TRID disclosures for conventional loan products.
•Manage requests for updated fee disclosures when circumstances change and act as the primary contact for mortgage disclosure activities.

•1+ years combined experience in customer service, financial services, real estate, accounting, or finance-related fields (mortgage background).

•Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•High school or equivalent education.
•Detail-oriented analytical and reasoning skills with strong time management to meet deadlines, including willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
