Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional engineering, research, TPM, and product teams to deliver AI-powered products.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, agents, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Use Open Source and SaaS AI technologies (e.g., AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, VectorDBs, PyTorch) to build production AI capabilities.
  • •Define and steer the technical AI architecture vision and integrate research breakthroughs into production ecosystems with reliability and scale.
  • •Lead establishment of AI performance, safety, and transparency standards and mentor senior technical leaders across disciplines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 286,200 - 326,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/AI or related fields plus at least 10 years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master’s degree plus at least 8 years.
  • •At least 10 years programming with Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java.
  • •Experience architecting AI platforms with tradeoffs across cost, latency, throughput, and accuracy.
  • •9+ years deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent.
  • •Experience designing, developing, integrating, delivering, and supporting complex AI systems.
