Job Summary

Lead Mastercard’s Agent Pay for Machines end-to-end: own product strategy, roadmap, ecosystem architecture, commercialization, technical direction, and delivery. Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, architecture, legal, treasury, settlement operations, regional teams, and ecosystem partners. Define the AP4M ecosystem, align stakeholders, and drive commercial strategy including pricing and P&L. Build and scale secure digital payments for AI agents with iterative validation and strong customer/developer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercialization for Agent Pay for Machines from early access through global scale.
•Lead cross-functional delivery across AP4M workstreams including onboarding, ecosystem architecture, buyer agent funding mechanisms, developer tooling, protocols, credential/registry services, settlement systems, disputes, operations, and reporting.
•Define and evolve AP4M ecosystem architecture (participant roles, trust frameworks, credential models, program rules, operating standards) to scale machine-to-machine and agent-driven payments globally.
•Set primary inputs for commercial strategy, including global/regional pricing, ongoing P&L, and long-term revenue projections.
•Orchestrate and represent the product across internal/external stakeholder engagements (including frontier AI labs, agentic commerce providers, issuers, digital wallets, merchants, acquirers, and payment service providers).

Key Requirements

•10+ years of product leadership driving cross-functional teams through 0-1 and 1-n journeys.
•Strong ability to act as a decision-maker in high-ambiguity, high-pressure workstreams and align diverse stakeholders into a cohesive strategy.
•Deep knowledge of B2B and consumer payments, including familiarity with multiple payment rails (card networks, stablecoins/crypto rails, ACH, real-time payments) and tradeoffs.
•Experience building/leading product strategy and commercialization with strong understanding of customers and stakeholders (issuers, PSPs, acquirers, digital wallet operators, merchants).
•Bachelor’s degree required, plus firsthand comfort with agentic coding tools and strong presentation/communication skills.
