Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assigned B1 team to ensure safe and efficient aircraft maintenance and repair within airline and regulatory requirements.
  • •Verify maintenance task quality performed by respective certifying engineers and allocate tasks to B1 engineers and lead technicians to meet timelines.
  • •Perform scheduled maintenance tasks (B1 certifying) including tests, inspections, defect troubleshooting, and ensuring required documentation is completed to the required standard.
  • •Manage shift communications, coordination, and handover to maintain continuity of critical maintenance tasks and support human-factors practices.
  • •Initiate and implement cost-saving projects within B1 scope and provide guidance, feedback, and development support to B1 engineers and technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an EASA Part 66 or GCAA CAR 66 B1 aircraft maintenance license (unrestricted) and company Airbus A320/A321 maintenance approvals.
  • •2+ years of experience with in-depth knowledge of B1 maintenance practices.
  • •Ability to lead and guide a team of aircraft engineers and technicians.
  • •Fluent English (verbal and written) and ability to write technical reports.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
