Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish top-level KPIs, dashboards, and contribute to product roadmap planning across Product.
  • •Define how success is measured for AI-powered experiences, including adoption, engagement, quality, retention, and user outcomes.
  • •Collaborate on instrumentation to enable reliable analysis of AI features and workflows with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • •Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments to assess the impact of new AI capabilities and inform product decisions.
  • •Develop dbt models to transform and test user behavior data in partnership with Analytics Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Partner cross-functionally across product and engineering and understand product KPIs and frameworks (e.g., DAU/MAU, funnels, A/B testing).
  • •Define and track success metrics for complex product areas, ideally including AI-powered features or workflows.
  • •Write complex, efficient SQL as part of daily analysis work.
  • •Use data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Omni, Hex, or Grafana to communicate insights.
  • •Build analytics workflows using dbt, product analytics tooling (e.g., Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, FullStory), and git; can also prototype with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
