Key Responsibilities

•Conclude direct sales of Alfa Laval products and services within a defined area, with support from the line manager or an experienced field salesperson.
•Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
•Engage actively in the market with visits, meetings, and interactions with existing customers, understanding their needs and highlighting value.
•Develop value quotes reflecting customer needs, stressing unique selling points, and follow up.
•Use the CRM tool and other tools consistently to support the sales process and make informed decisions.

Key Requirements

•+5 years of relevant experience in sales & business development.
•Strong strategic thinking and business planning capabilities with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
•Intermediate level in written and spoken English.
