Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and/or draw deliverables requested by Civil Engineers, ensuring CAD standards align with project objectives.
  • •Collaborate with project engineers to ensure the integrity and update of drawings, maintaining consistency.
  • •Assign CAD design work to project team members across T2, T3 and T4 and assist discipline coordinator in determining talent requirements.
  • •Provide technical guidance and mentorship to new talent.
  • •Support development and update of the lessons-learned database and implementation of these.
  • •Perform any other responsibilities assigned by supervisor and ensure adherence to company procedures and quality standards.
