Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and scale shared capabilities behind Xero’s AI-native delivery model
  • •Align stakeholders on strategy and priorities, and set baselines for adoption, delivery speed, cost, quality, and technology health
  • •Publish quarterly roadmaps, operating model, and governance approach for AI initiatives
  • •Move highest-value workflows from pilot into repeatable adoption
  • •Drive initiatives across the full delivery lifecycle and coach others to build strong AI product practice

Key Requirements

  • •Strong platform product management experience, ideally across developer tools, infrastructure, data or AI
  • •Ability to think in systems and connect work across phases and teams
  • •Capability to translate complex technical possibilities into clear outcomes and investment decisions
  • •Outcome-focused approach to discovery, delivery, and measurement with proof of what works
  • •Comfort working with ambiguity, evolving technology, and incomplete information
