Job Summary

Lead the AI Observatory platform product, shaping its strategy, roadmap, and feature development to enable AI oversight and AI risk and compliance management. Define functional and technical requirements, establish KPIs for AI system performance and compliance, and partner with engineering, data science, and stakeholders across governance, risk, technology, cybersecurity, legal, and privacy. Serve as a subject matter expert, maintain an AI system inventory, and support production readiness through documentation and improvement initiatives.

•Define functional and technical requirements and establish KPIs/metrics for AI system performance and compliance.
•Collaborate with engineering and data science to integrate AI risk and compliance considerations into the product.
•Maintain comprehensive inventory and documentation of AI systems/capabilities, including production oversight.
•Partner across governance, risk, technology, cybersecurity, legal, and privacy to address business challenges, diagnose issues, and drive improvements.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with an advanced degree; or 2+ years with a PhD), or 11+ years of relevant work experience.
•6+ years of experience in AI product management, with a proven track record launching AI products.
•Minimum 9+ years (Bachelor) or 7+ years (advanced degree) or 3+ years (PhD) of relevant experience.
•Experience with business intelligence, AI systems classification, metadata management, regulatory compliance, and AI explainability/fairness tools.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills, with strong problem-solving and relationship-building in a matrixed organization.
