Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and lead a multi-year Internal IT strategy, including AI enablement, build-versus-buy principles, and translating vision into team priorities.
  • •Lead and develop a team of engineering managers and senior ICs through coaching, performance feedback, and career growth investment.
  • •Drive engineering excellence by establishing standard processes, prioritizing automation, reducing technical debt, and ensuring scalable, maintainable systems.
  • •Identify and lead AI enablement opportunities for internal workflows by partnering with Engineering and Product to automate repeatable tasks and improve insights.
  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Security, People, Finance, Legal, Workplace), and serve as an escalation point for major incidents and high-stakes initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of IT or engineering experience, including 4–5 years in a senior engineering leadership role leading managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Experience across support/helpdesk operations, platform or systems engineering, and SaaS or enterprise tooling functions.
  • •Deep technical fluency across enterprise infrastructure, SaaS platform engineering, endpoint management, identity and access management, and IT automation.
  • •Proven experience leading AI enablement and automation initiatives that reduce operational toil through engineering.
  • •Track record developing engineering leaders and coaching teams with honest feedback and sustained growth investment.
