Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead machine setups, product changeovers, and program production sequences for optimal productivity.
  • •Monitor meters, gauges, temperatures, and pressures; troubleshoot machine malfunctions to determine root-cause solutions.
  • •Perform routine quality tests using standard measuring devices and ensure safe handling of raw materials and finished products in compliance with safety policies and PPE.
  • •Support preventative maintenance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, standard work) to meet department goals.
  • •Collaborate with team members to drive performance and accountability on the coating lines.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
