Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning and execution of workplace-supported events, activations, and office experiences to strengthen culture and connection.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (Employee Experience, Recruiting, Executive Assistants, ERGs, Site Leadership) to deliver programming.
  • •Manage event logistics end-to-end, including vendor coordination, catering, timelines, communications, room setup, onsite support, and follow-up.
  • •Own day-to-day office operations: maintain a safe, professional, organized, clean environment; conduct walkthroughs and resolve issues.
  • •Manage front-of-house hospitality and workplace support requests, monitor supplies, and coordinate vendors and workplace updates.
