•Track and interpret air quality regulations and advise management on likely future concerns and issues.
•Interact with federal, state, and local officials and maintain working relationships across operations, engineering, and business teams.
•Monitor schedules and budgets, evaluate third-party air contractors, and review emissions testing and environmental compliance inspection results.
•Represent the company on air-quality industry committees, provide 24/7 emergency response support, and carry a company cell phone for after-hours availability.

Key Requirements

•BS or BA in Engineering, Physical or Environmental Science, or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years preparing and submitting emissions inventories, air permit applications, and environmental compliance documentation (5+ years preferred).
•Working knowledge of Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) regulations at natural gas processing plants.
•Working knowledge of the Clean Air Act, Title V compliance, emissions calculations (EPA/industry procedures), air pollution control technologies, and dispersion modeling.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience interacting with federal, state, or local officials.
