Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete air permit and compliance submittals and maintain air compliance documentation.
  • •Track and interpret air quality regulations and advise management on likely future concerns and issues.
  • •Interact with federal, state, and local officials and maintain working relationships across operations, engineering, and business teams.
  • •Monitor schedules and budgets, evaluate third-party air contractors, and review emissions testing and environmental compliance inspection results.
  • •Represent the company on air-quality industry committees, provide 24/7 emergency response support, and carry a company cell phone for after-hours availability.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or BA in Engineering, Physical or Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years preparing and submitting emissions inventories, air permit applications, and environmental compliance documentation (5+ years preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) regulations at natural gas processing plants.
  • •Working knowledge of the Clean Air Act, Title V compliance, emissions calculations (EPA/industry procedures), air pollution control technologies, and dispersion modeling.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience interacting with federal, state, or local officials.
