Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate loyalty and rewards strategy, client journeys, and business needs into prioritized functional and technical requirements for delivery.
  • •Lead the day-to-day technology delivery relationship, including ownership of the relationship with Zafin and other key partners.
  • •Own the end-to-end digital client experience across loyalty and rewards digital channels to ensure intuitive, consistent experiences.
  • •Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Digital Servicing to drive aligned execution and resolve delivery dependencies.
  • •Drive launch readiness and post-launch hypercare, including operational readiness, testing validation, go-live decisioning, UAT coordination, and release stabilization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • •Ten years of experience in digital delivery, product/technology execution, platform implementation, or technology program leadership in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • •Ability to translate business strategy into technical requirements and coordinate delivery across cross-functional technology teams and vendors.
  • •Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery readiness, including requirements, testing/UAT coordination, release planning, launch readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
  • •Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, including alignment across Operations, Digital Servicing, and Technology.
