Loyalty and Rewards Director of Technology and Digital Execution

Translate loyalty and rewards strategy into prioritized functional and technical requirements, then lead end-to-end digital execution across channels. Serve as the primary technology-facing contact for delivery, owning day-to-day coordination with key partners and vendors (including Zafin). Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Digital Servicing to resolve dependencies, drive governance, ensure launch readiness (UAT, validation, go-live), and run post-launch hypercare with clear status reporting.
