Key Responsibilities

  • •Fabricate steel, aluminum, and cast-metal components according to blueprint specifications while collaborating to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • •Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on machines using blueprints and written or verbal instructions.
  • •Promote a safe and well-organized work environment by following policies, using PPE, performing 5S tasks, and completing daily equipment safety checks.
  • •Monitor job progress and perform quality checks using tape measures, calipers, and visual inspection; identify nonconforming parts and troubleshoot issues.
  • •Identify process-improvement opportunities and conduct root cause analysis to resolve production or quality concerns, and communicate equipment issues to supervisors/team leads.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.

  • •Hands-on sheet metal fabrication experience, including standard punch and bend tooling and processes.
