Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage investment activities for fee revenue-producing accounts, typically small to mid-sized personal trusts and individual portfolios, with some managerial input.
  • •Assist in developing and recommending investment objectives for individual clients as goals and objectives evolve.
  • •Partner with Investment Advisors and the broader client service team to identify and execute opportunities and coordinate portfolio activity with client-facing stakeholders.
  • •Provide high-level support to the Investment Advisory team, demonstrating mastery of tools (CRA, Wealthbench, GPS, WM Alternatives) and guiding Investment Associates.
  • •Adhere to best practices and National Investment Guidelines, including sound risk management practices and reporting through the PM Dashboard.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 to 4 years of investment experience in the investment services industry.
  • •Knowledge of investment and portfolio management theory, accounting/financial principles, and investment strategies and instruments.
  • •Analytical and interpretive skills to understand client needs in the context of investment strategies.
  • •Ability to use and support Investment Advisory tools including CRA, Wealthbench, GPS, and WM Alternatives.
  • •Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
