Key Responsibilities

  • •Define mid-to-long-term strategy (1–3 years) and Annual Plan, including budget, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Align strategy with operational areas (contracts, technical service), commercial teams, and factory stakeholders.
  • •Disseminate and embed the Operational Excellence model across the organization.
  • •Establish governance frameworks, management control tools, and performance monitoring systems.
  • •Continuously analyze and monitor productivity and maintenance KPIs across Service Workshops.

Key Requirements
