Job Summary

Lead daily and oversight responsibilities for Net Asset Values (NAVs), distribution rates, and key fund accounting controls across investment products. Manage daily fund accounting activities including cash/position monitoring, fund setup and maintenance, leverage test reviews, and related assurance controls. Provide leadership and coaching to resolve complex third-party administrator calculation issues, strengthen internal controls, monitor regulatory and industry changes, and deliver KPI/KRI management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee NAVs, distribution rates, and fund accounting controls, validating NAV deviations against threshold limits aligned to strategy, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
•Manage daily fund accounting activities including overdraft checks, cash and position monitoring, fund setup and maintenance, leverage test review, and related assurance controls.
•Provide leadership, coaching, and technical expertise to resolve complex third-party administrator calculation issues with timely escalation and risk mitigation.
•Establish and continuously enhance internal control frameworks to ensure monitoring, governance, documentation, and audit readiness; evaluate and remediate control deficiencies.
•Lead and develop the team, manage resource requirements, drive initiatives and special projects, and perform monthly/adhoc management reporting using KPI/KRI and project updates.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in financial services (investment management, banking, or insurance).
•Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, fund structures, NAV processes, reconciliations, and operational controls.
•Prior experience in oversight, assurance, control review, or third-party administrator/vendor management is preferred.
•People management or team leadership experience, including coaching, review, guidance, and development.
•Strong knowledge of fund accounting controls, cash and position reconciliations, NAV deviation analysis, fund setup, and operational risk management.
